André is a senior communications and public affairs strategist with a proven record of spearheading winning campaigns for nonprofits, state and national advocacy groups, coalitions, foundations, companies, and political organizations.
Over the last 15+ years, André has led high-performing teams, driven innovative, multi-channel strategies, and delivered meaningful policy and social change. He is known for decisive leadership and an unrelenting focus on results.
Before launching Resolve, André served on the senior leadership team of Fenton, the social change communications agency, as Senior Vice President for Political Advocacy. He has worked in issue communications at leading agencies BerlinRosen, Rabin Martin, and Edelman, after starting his career at the United Nations.
